BEGIN:VCALENDAR VERSION:2.0 PRODID:-//wp-events-plugin.com//7.2.3.1//EN BEGIN:VEVENT UID:9@stafaa.org.uk DTSTART:20230618T100000Z DTEND:20230618T170000Z DTSTAMP:20230604T205656Z URL:https://stafaa.org.uk/events/stafaa-3d-championships/ SUMMARY:STAFAA 3D Championships 2023 hosted by West Fife Archers DESCRIPTION:STAFAA invite you to enter 2023 Scottish 3D Championship on Sun day 18th June hosted by West Fife Archers\n\nWest Fife Archers will be hos ting the Shoot at their Range south of Knockhill Racing Circuit\n\nTurn of f A823 towards this location:\n\n///spin.pepper.fairly\n\n10:00am for 10:3 0 start\n\nThere will be hot drinks\, soft drinks and biscuits available o n the day\, please bring a packed lunch.\n\nThis is an open championship t o which all archers from other Associations are kindly invited and will sh oot as guests covered by STAFAA insurance.\n\nAll Archers must present a v alid shoot card on the day.\n\nThe shoot will be held at West Fife Archers Field Range\n\nThe round will be based on IFAA 3 arrow unmarked animal ro und with one of the group2 targets replaced with a herd of 3 animals\n\nTh is will consist of 14 unmarked 3D which will be shot twice.\nMarkers will be changed after 14 targets have been shot.\n3 marked arrows as defined in an animal round\n\nScoring\n1st arrow kill = 20 points\n2nd arrow kill = 16 points\n3rd arrow kill = 12 points\n1st arrow wound = 18 points\n2nd ar row wound = 14 points\n3rd arrow wound = 10 points\n\nFor herd:\n\n1 arrow to each animal\, 20 for kill\, 18 for wound if multiple arrows hit an ani mal earliest arrow scores.\n\nIt will be a Single marker lay-out:\n\nNo ar cher shall shoot from in front of the appropriate marker.\n\nMaximum of th ree feet to either side of such marker.\n\nOne group shall not hold up the following group by looking for lost arrows.\n\nEnough arrows shall be car ried so that each archer may continue shooting and return to find missing arrows when shooting has ceased.\n\nIf for any reason a group is holding u p another group mutual arrangement may be made between the target captains to allow the following group to pass through.\n\nOptical devices may not be used as range finders\, \;cameras may only be used to take pictures and only after all archers in the group have finished shooting the target .\n\nDistances will not be discussed until all archers have shot.\n\nDon't forget to ring your arrows!\n\n \;\n\nWest Fife Archers will be holdi ng an "Eagle Eye" Competition after the shoot before the medal ceremony\, £5 to enter on the day and you could win over £100 of Venison\n\nIt will be a knock-out competition with the last archer in the competition winnin g the prize!\n\n \;\n\n[fluentform id="9"] ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/jpeg:https://stafaa.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/11 /3d.jpg END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
